![]() Newest Versions of Office installed on clients ![]() We have tried it on different PC's with differnet network connections both on site and off site Settings in O365 portal are set to generally allow external communication (and whenever we changed something, we waited at least 24 hours before we tested anything) We also have had the case where a message from a external S4B user made it to one of the employees of our customer. The internal (within our customers domain) communication works flawless, no matter if the employees ar on site or off site. If I try to add my personal Skype account as a contact, the request from S4B never makes it to my personal account (I don't get a notification) and if I try to send a message I immediatly get the response that the message could not be sent. When I try to send a message to a S4B user of a differnet domain, I get the message that "this action isn't allowed due to company policy". ![]() The problem is quite simple actually: We can't message to external S4B users (different domains) and to Skype users. We have kind of a strange problem at a customer using S4B as part of their Office365 subscription.
